    • Hi Norman,

Did you manage to get the webcast working? Worked on our end and have not heard of any issues. If that happens again please remember:

      a) Webcast players won’t appear until just before the broadcast
      b) You might need to refresh the page
      c) If still not working, please try your local dial-in number instead. We give you 2 ways to listen to make sure you get on the call one way or another!

      Take care,

      Mark

    • Hi Lorna,

The 11am broadcast is working fine. Are you looking at the correct speaker page? It’s Jon Bartos at 11am (or 12pm in South Africa). Assuming you’re in the right place, at the right time then please REFRESH the page and try again. If still experiencing problems you can listen by phone or Skype. This call is awesome you won’t want to miss it!! Hope you manage to get access soon.

      Take care

  1. Wow – I guess your are targeting “contract” vs “staffing”. I am in the staffing business, in Dallas, TX. I have been in business 20+ years, in the light industrial, clerical and 18 Wheel, Class A drivers. My markup is no less than 60% for ANY assignment and up to %100 for drivers. I am disappointment you quoted such low mark up percentages. The only way the industry will – across the board, make more money is to have everyone have decent mark ups. The staffing firms who quote 33% are just “the bad wood in the industry” and give the staffing industry a BAD name. Not sure about other countries or other US states but companies will pay what you quote, or walk away – they will come back – believe me.
