About Fiona Lander

Fiona Lander heads up a team of experienced recruitment trainers and consultants who, with their extensive knowledge and expertise, have been delivering training and development to the global recruitment sector since 1997.

Fiona has worked in training and development for 35 years, 29 of which have been specialising within the recruitment sector. She is passionate about developing managers, especially the next generation of leaders.
