“I thought that the Summit had a lot of good information for both the seasoned recruiter as well as someone that is new to the business. Since there was a variety of topics covered, what I got the most out of the summit was reaffirming that you have to have goals, plans and be willing to new things but still don’t get away from being on the phone in prime time.
I would definitely refer other recruiters to listen in and look at purchasing the summit to review later in the year because it could help with training of their staff.
