    Wasn’t clear if/how/when these were covered………thanks.

    • HI David, I’ve looked back over my notes and it was all covered although not in that order or with those specific headings. Perhaps handouts from all the speakers would make it easier to follow the structure of the presentations, something I’ll consider for next year’s Summit.

        Handouts are key.

        While repetition is important in learning, we learn from a variety of senses – Auditory, Visual, et.al. as you know so well.

        It helps to have a structure, and it helps for review and reinforcement. To really learn the key points, it often takes six reviews….and as Brian Tracy refers to it/Spaced Repetition. His great work on Advanced Learning Techniques is priceless.

        Some, like Jon Bartos, are more easily digestible.

        There was some good content of course, but “getting at it”, on this one, is very challenging. Keep up the great work – one and all.

      Thanks for the question…

      First 2 bullet points = Recruiters have NO Clear picture of their “why”, their vision, goal setting in the absence of getting crystal clear on outcomes and impacts, both long and short term are often a waste of time.

      Bullet points 3 & 4 .. #1 thing to do (after vision and goal setting), KEEP YOUR METRICS so you know EXACTLY AND PRECISELY what your activity needs to be every day to hit your target.

      Bullet point 5… use alternate models to grow your recruiting firm… i.e. recruiting and marketing coordinators, they will “run” your firm when you are out on vacation, trips, etc without you there.

      Last bullet point, execute on all the above, get clear, pick a target, commit to it and execute to have your best year ever.

      I hope this shows you where in the call I covered the points… listen to the recording again and I believe this will jump out at you a bit more…
